Check - In 14:00 
Please present your ID card or Passport upon Check-in. This is a legal requirement that each visitor must present personal documents for hotel records. Please inform the reception representative if you wish to arrive earlier then check-in time. Depending on availability, early check-in may be possible at an extra charge

Check - Out 12:00
Please inform front desk if you wish to retain your room beyond this time. Extension will be given at an extra charge depending on availability. On Guest's failure to vacate the accommodation on expiry of check-out time, the management shall have the right to remove the Guest and his/her belongings from the accommodation occupied by the Guest.

Guest’s Belongings
Guests are requested to lock the door of their accommodation when going out. Management will not be responsible for any loss or damage to Guest’s belongings or any

Lost and found
In case of loss of the Guest’s belongings, this should be immediately reported at the Reception. The Management will do everything that is possible to find the lost items but cannot guarantee that will find them. In case the lost items are found, the Guest will be promptly informed (through the contacts submitted). The Guest can retrieve its items which are going to be stored at the Reception areas no more than 30 days from the moment they are found.

Guarantee policy
There is a credit card required per reservation. A hold may be placed on your card for the full anticipated amount owed to the Hotel, including estimated incidentals, through your check-out date and such hold may not be released for 72 hours after check-out date or longer, at the discretion of your card issued.

Pets
Pets are not allowed.

Damage of property
The guest will be held responsible for any loss or damage to Hotel property caused by themselves, their guests or any person for whom they are responsible

Management’s Rights
It is agreed that the Guest will conduct him/ herself in a respectable manner and will not cause any nuisance or annoyance within Hotel premises. Management has the right to request any Guest to vacate his/her accommodation or other areas of the Hotel without previous notice, without assigning any reason whatsoever and the Guest shall be bound to vacate when requested to do so. In such cases Management has the right to remove the Guest's luggage and belongings from the accommodation occupied by the guest and inform local authorities.
