  • All rooms and common areas are SMOKE FREEE, failing to abide will result in a $250.00 cleaning fee and the guest will be asked to vacate the premises immediatly.
  • Pet friendly (Additional fees and conditions apply).  Failing to report a pet prior to check in may result in a additional $250.00 cleaning fee.
  • No gatherings and parties of any nature are allowed in the room, hallways or common areas.
  • The reservation is not transferable.
  • The hotel is obliged to avail the rooms that the guest has reserved in accordance with these Terms and Conditions and to provide the agreed services.
  • The guest is obliged to pay the current or agreed Hotel prices for the hire of the room and for any other services he has made use of
  • The individual who made the room reservation is ultimately accountable for any property damages incurred during their stay.
