The Sand Dollar Motel is located in Atlantic Beach. Only a short walk to the beach and fishing piers and marinas within blocks of the motel. You will find miles of sandy beaches, plenty of shopping, excellent restaurants and a broad array of leisure activities and amusements -- both on water and on land -- to delight the entire family.

We offer regular rooms and efficiency rooms. Efficiency rooms have fully furnished kitchen, living area and separate bedroom. All rooms have refrigerators and coffee makers. The Sand Dollar Motel provides an "at home atmosphere." We always go out of our way to make sure that you are comfortable.

• Cancellation/prepayment: You can cancel free of charge until 14 days of arrival. You'll be charged the total price if you cancel in the 14 days before arrival. You'll be charged a prepayment of the total price in the 14 days before arrival.
• Pets: Pets are not allowed. 
• Parking: One vehicle per room and no boats allowed.

POLICIES: 

Sand Dollar Motel does not offer a complimentary daily breakfast however, your accommodations, based on unit type, will include either a fully equipped kitchenette or a fridge/microwave. A $50 cleaning fee will be charged, at check-out if the kitchen and your dishes are not cleaned. Housekeeping is performed at each check out but is available daily upon request, at an additional charge of $5.00. We do offer complimentary towel exchanges upon request. Please do not use towels for beach use (this will be considered damaged, and you will be charged). Absolutely, no smoking is permitted in any room. You will be charged $150 penalty fees if we suspect any smoking in your room. We welcome guests who are 21 years of age and older for check in. Security deposit is required upon check-in.

THE FINE PRINT: Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.$15.00 service fee/per room will be applied per stay and it will be included with the NC tax amount on your receipt.
