Booking Fees
A 25% non-refundable deposit is charged upon reservation to secure the booking.
 

Check-in, Check-out Time
Check-in time is from 2PM. Check-out is at 11 AM. Earlier check-in and later check-out may be requested and is subject to availability. A charge may apply, depending on availability.

 
Cancellation Policy
Cancellation requests must be sent via email to stay@pjazzasuites.com. We do not accept any cancellations via phone. Cancellations are subject to a 10% non-refundable deposit. In case of a no-show, the full balance of accommodation will be charged.
 
Smoking Policy
We are non smoking property. Smoking is prohibited in all rooms and indoor areas of the hotel. Smoking is only permitted in the internal yard or on balconies where available.
