All rooms are non-smoking and pet free.
Check-in is from 3:00 p.m. until 10:00 p.m. If you will arrive later than 10:00 p.m., please call us to arrange an after hours check-in.
Cancellations: If you will not be able to keep your reservation, you must call to cancel. Please give us as much advance notice of cancellation as possible. There is no charge for a cancelled reservation if you provide the required advance notice. If your reservation is for a motel room without kitchen facilities, you must provide at least 24 hours notice of cancellation. If your reservation is for a kitchenette suite, the cottage, or the loft apartment, you must provide one week's notice. If you do not provide the required notice, you will be charged for one night plus tax.
We are located eight miles northeast of Grand Marais on Highway 61, about half way between mile markers 118 and 119.
PETS THAT ARE "SNUCK" IN WILL RESULT IN A $250.00 AUTOMATIC CREDIT CARD CHARGE. NO EXCEPTIONS. WE APPRECIATE YOUR UNDERSTANDING. PLEASE NOTE THIS INCLUDES DOGS THAT WILL "JUST STAY IN THE VEHICLE". ALTHOUGH THEY MAY NOT BE IN THE ROOMS, IT IS IMPOSSIBLE TO HAVE A PET FREE POLICY WHEN THERE ARE PETS ON THE PROPERTY. IF YOU WISH TO TRAVEL WITH YOUR PET, THERE ARE SEVERAL WONDERFUL PET FRIENDLY PLACES TO STAY IN THE AREA. JUST ASK US AND WE WILL HELP YOU FIND LODGING THAT WOULD BETTER FIT YOU AND YOUR FOUR LEGGED TRAVEL COMPANION!
PLEASE NOTE THAT ALTHOUGH MASKS ARE NO LONGER REQUIRED IN OUR OFFICE, WE DO HAVE A FAMILY MEMBER IN MEMORY CARE AND WOULD APPRECIATE YOUR WEARING ONE IFYOU DO HAVE ONE. EITEHR WAY, WE WILL BE WEARING THEM FOR THE TIME BEING. ALTHOUGH THE IMMEDIATE THREAT OF COVID HAS DECREASED, IT HAS NOT GONE AWAY COMPLETELY, AND THE IMPACT THAT IT HAS ON THOSE WHO ARE COMPROMISED--AND QUITE HONESTLY, TH EIMPACT THAT IT HAS ON OUR ABILITY TO VISIT OUR FAMILY MEMBER IF WE HAVE BEEN EXPOSED OR BECOME ILL--IS ENOUGH FOR US TO CONTINUE TO ADHERE TO A BIT MORE CAUTIOUS STAND.
