1. By signing this authorization form I authorize La Leona Eco Lodge to debit the amount indicated above to
my credit card. La Leona Eco Lodge will charge 50% of the amount 30 days before arrival and 50% eight days
before arrival. Bookings up to US$ 250 will be debited at once.
2. When canceling your reservation up to 30 days before arrival we will charge 25% of the amount,
from 29 days to 14 before arrival 50%, from 13 days to 7 days before arrival 75% and when canceling
six days or less before arrival or in case of NO SHOW we will charge you full price.
