Check-in time is after 3PM. Check-out is at 11 AM. If you require a later check-out, please contact us before 8 am on the day of departure, and we will do our best to accommodate your request. A charge may apply, depending on availability.

Cash Payment

If you choose to pay with cash, you will be required to pay the full amount of the room, including taxes and fees upfront. We will also need a credit card on file for incidentals or a $50 refundable cash deposit for incidentals.

Cancellation Policy

Depot Inn & Suites reservations have a 24-hour cancellation policy unless otherwise noted. Any changes on packages or rates to your reservation must be done 24 hours prior to your arrival date check-in time of 3PM. Reservations that are not canceled within 24 hours are subject to a charge of one night's stay plus tax. Furthermore, for certain special event weekends and large group reservations, the cancellation policy may vary.

Smoking Policy

We are a non-smoking property. Smoking is prohibited in the rooms and all public areas of the hotel (a $200 fine will be applied for smoking).

Pet Policy

When you reserve/check-in, let the front desk know you’ll have a pet in your room, so Depot Inn staff can give you a pet designated room. You’ll need to sign a Pet Policy Agreement, and then you and your pet can make yourselves at home. Only certain Double Queen rooms accept pets, and failure to inform us of pets will result in a $200 fine.
