Terms & Conditions

Check-in, Check-out Time
Check-in time is after 4PM. Check-out is before 11 AM. If you require a later check-out, please contact us before 8 am on the day of departure, and we will do our best to accommodate your request. A charge may apply, depending on availability.

Cash Payment 
If you choose to pay with cash, you will be required to pay the full amount of the room, including taxes and fees upfront. We will also need credit card on file for the incidentals.


Smoking Policy
We are non smoking property. Smoking is prohibited in all public areas of the hotel, rooms, (a $200.00 fine will be applied for smoking in a room.) 

Pet Policy
When you check in, let the front desk staff know you’ll have a pet in your room, so they can give pet designated room. You’ll need to sign a Pet Policy Agreement, and then you and your pet can make yourselves at home. Failure to inform us of pet will results in a $200 fine.

Cancellations must be made by writing an email or fax. We do not accept cancellations by phone. 
Refundable Rates: Cancellations made at least 21 days prior your arrival date will receive 100% refund.
Non-Refundable Rates: Reservations can be cancelled, however no refund will be issued. 
Please, be aware that if you cancelled a reservation paid with credit card, we will be charging a 3.5% banks fees for the total amount for your authorized deposit.
