Terms & Conditions

Check-In & Check-Out

• Check-In is from 3:00 pm to 7:00 pm. Late check-in can be arranged by contacting the Innkeeper.
• Check-Out is 11:00 am
• A credit card is required at check-in for any incidentals.
• Government-issued photo ID is required at check-in (the name and address on the ID must match the reservation).
  

Age Requirements

• All overnight guests must be 18 or more years of age, unless accompanied by a parent or guardian. Proof of age may be required.

No Smoking

• For your health & ours, the Beach Spa is a non-smoking facility. For anyone breaking this policy, a $250.00 cleaning fee will be charged. Smoking is only permitted outdoors and at least 15 feet from any door or open window.

Pets

• No Pets Sorry, pursuant to local Health regulations, we cannot permit pets--except certified service animals.

Minimum Stays

• Minimum stay requirements apply to all weekends, the Summer season, and many holidays-- see reservation system for details.

Parking

• Free Parking: NOTE: Parking is limited. One car per room. Parking is available either in the lot on-site or via Parking Pass for street parking.

Breakfast

• Breakfast is prepared daily in our kitchen and served at 8:30 am or 9:30 am.
• We are happy to accommodate most any food requests, due to food allergies, special dietary requirements, etc. Please speak with the Innkeeper.
  

Spa Services Scheduling

• Please schedule massages and/or spa treatments at least 48 hours in advance-- we can TRY to schedule with less notice, but since our schedule may already be full, we cannot guarantee service availability without sufficient notice.
  
• Spa services cancelled with fewer than 48 hours notice are subject to a 100% cancellation fee.
  

Reservation Payments

• 14 days in advance of your arrival, we will charge 50% of your reservation total to the credit card on file with your reservation (unless already paid).
  
• 3 days in advance of your arrival, we will charge the remainder of your reservation total to the credit card on file with your reservation (unless already paid).
• If you would like to use a gift certificate or other method of payment, please contact the Innkeeper to make arrangements prior to the above charge dates.
