An additional $25 is charged for every extra person above the Standard Occupancy. Children under the age of 12 are excluded from this additional charge (sharing w/2 adults).All prices are per night, with a minimum of 3 night's stay and a 1 night down payment for every booking.
All prices are in US$ and include 7% Tax.
All prices include weekly cleaning, change of linens, bath- and kitchen towels.
No extra fee for water and or electricity use, we do appreciate wise / careful usage of both. Electricity is expensive on the island.
